Orders finalised before 2pm Monday to Friday are dispatched same day from our warehouses in NSW and WA.
In-store Pick Up
“In-store Pickup” orders collections can be made between 8am - 4:30pm Monday to Friday.

These carriers include: Australia Post, Capital Transport, CTI Regional Logistics, Fedex Express, GMK Logistics, Go Logistics, PEP Express Transport, Tamex and TNT Express.
Online Shipping Calculator
Our online shipping calculator factors many variables that are associated with shipping our products. These include: freight carriers that service your area, orders containing multiple items, oversize packages, pallets and skids, commercial and residential addresses.
The price displayed for each shipping service is the cheapest available for that service from our list of carriers.
If you have an order that contains numerous items and would prefer a custom shipping quote, please select the “Request Custom Shipping Quote” at the checkout.
Residential Delivery Addresses
All freight carriers other than Australia Post have surcharges to deliver to residential addresses. These surcharges can be rather costly for oversize items. Unfortunately, residential surcharges are out of our control. To avoid residential surcharges, customers are advised to use a commercial address for delivery.
Commercial Delivery Address
Commercial delivery address refers to a delievry address that is situated in a commercial / industrial area only. All other addresses are considered residential.
Orders with "Commercial Delivery" Costs Applied Where The Address Is "Residential Delivery"
In the event of online orders incorrectly submitted by the user with “Commercial Delivery selected rather than “Residential Delivery”, the order must be rectified with the correct shipping costs before the order will be dispatched.
Order Tracking
Upon order dispatch, a tracking number will be provided to you. You will be able to track your order online.
Shipping Addresses Unattended At Time Of Delivery
Unless requested by the customer, all shipping carriers have authority to leave goods if the shipping address is unattended at the time of delivery.
Customers are welcome to provide an alternate shipping address if they will not be present at the delivery time.
Proof of delivery is made available by all shipping carriers.
International Shipping
Shipping is available throughout Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Region. Please select the ”Request Custom Quote” shipping option during checkout to receive a shipping quote.
Customers are also welcome to arrange their own international freight. In this case we will provide the order shipping dimensions and weight.
